Cassandra’s background of program management stems from her experience in international exchanges, nonprofits and education. Through work at the Georgia Council for International Visitors and Istanbul Center in Atlanta, she focused on adult and K-12 educational exchanges and public diplomacy programming. She has led teacher and student ambassador groups throughout Turkey as well as taught English as a second language in France with le Centre International D’Études Pédagogiques (CIEP). She holds a master’s degree in art education where she conducted qualitative research in building classroom culture. Prior to joining G3ict, she taught at the elementary and secondary levels where her teaching was designed for multiple modalities, focusing on art and culture as entry points for further learning. Cassandra speaks French and a bit of Turkish and Russian.
